LangBrains AI prioritizes data privacy and residency. We strictly protect all customer inputs, conversation sessions, and enterprise telemetry. Customer chat transcripts are processed in memory and never sold, leased, or distributed to third parties.
2. Model Training Consent & Isolation
Proprietary business documents and private customer prompts are strictly isolated. We do not train public base models on customer confidential data without explicit written consent.
3. Local Storage & Client Retention
In our preview environments, conversation histories are saved directly in your browser's local storage. You maintain complete control to clear, purge, or export your session data at any time directly through the interface.
